This club is affiliated with the Poultry Stud Breeders & Exhibitors Victoria (PSB&EV) and all Victorian resident exhibitors must be financial members of the PSB&EV. www.psbev.com.au

Entry is open to both members and non members of the Gippsland Riviera Poultry & Game Club. If paying club membership with entries, then you must fill out the club membership form as well.

Entries must be accompanied by full entry fees.
4.
Judging will be done to the Australian standard 2 edition.
5.
Mallards are no longer required to be pinioned.
6.
Birds must be penned by 9.15 am.
7.
Once penned, no birds can be removed until the conclusion of the show. The show manager will announce the time for removal of exhibits.
8.
The pavilion will be open during judging. Please give the judges and stewards plenty of space to perform their tasks. Please refrain from any unsporting talk or behavior. The judges decision is final.
9.
The Gippsland Riviera Poultry and Game Club will not be responsible for any mistake, accident, loss or damage from any cause, though the greatest care will be taken.
10.
Birds penned with leg bands or other forms of markers will be disqualified.
11.
The committee reserves the right to appoint a substitute or additional judge if and when necessary.
12.
Junior exhibitors to be under 16 years of age and may exhibit in junior or open sections, but not both. If exhibiting in juniors, the exhibitor must pen their own birds. Juniors must exhibit a different breed to any open exhibitor from the same address.
13.
All birds to be the bona fide property of the exhibitor for 14 days prior to entry.
14.
When entering Young Bird Shows - all birds must be under 12 months of age.
15.
The show manager may order any entry, which appears sick or diseased, from the pavilion.
16.
All birds entered in the wrong class in open will be disqualified.

The Committee has the right to refuse any entry without giving a reason.

Breakfast and lunch are available from the canteen. Please indicate number of lunches required on entry form.
